MS Office | Offline Apps. vs Online Office Applications

Microsoft is biggest operating system for desktop and laptop computers. Most useful feature of Microsoft is office. Using MS Office we have complete all of our regular works easily. MS office is off line application, now we can make online documents like MS Word, Excel and PPT. MS Office is paid so we need to buy it from Microsoft or other retailers of Microsoft.

Now we have other options to use office application which work same as MS Office. One of the best open source offices is open office. Open office is free for all and use of open office is very easy. Open office is also offline application; we can use some online office application. One is the most famous and popular online application (one and only) Google Docs. Google Docs is 800 pound Gorilla in online application market.

Some other online applications are also available like, Open Goo (opengoo.org), Share Office (sharemethods.com), Peepal Office (peepel.com), Simdesk (simdesk.com), Think Free (thinkfree.com) and ZOHO (zoho.com). Zoho is nice and ranking on top position in Google.com on search term "Online Office Applications". These all are online office applications which any user can use after registration. Google Docs is one of the best and user friendly Office Application. Adobe Buzzword (buzzword.acrobat.com) is latest in this market. These all online applications are all most free (not all). We don’t need to install these all application to use, all are online and we just need internet connection to use these applications.
